Over the years, I’ve held diverse roles including tech, case manager, admissions coordinator, and aftercare coordinator, giving me a well-rounded understanding of every stage in the recovery process from first contact to long-term support. My experience in these positions has allowed me to work closely with clients, families, and treatment teams to ensure compassionate, individualized care. Whether managing the day-to-day needs of clients, guiding them through admissions, or creating aftercare plans that promote sustainable recovery, my goal has always been to foster hope and connection. What truly drives my passion for this work is my own journey in recovery.
