Jeff Baucom

Jeff is a longtime Woodstock resident who grew up in the East Cobb area. His professional path into behavioral health began through his own recovery journey, where he discovered a deep passion for helping others find stability, purpose, and lasting change. He paired that passion with his background in business to build recovery programs designed to make a meaningful, real-world impact.

Since 2017, Jeff has owned and operated recovery-focused organizations and earned his Certified Addiction Counselor Level I (CACI) credential along the way. As CFO of Lanier Recovery Center, he provides strategic leadership and guides the overall direction of the organization, while working closely with Inner Voyage directors to maintain strong continuity of care across all departments. Supporting both staff and clients, and continuously improving systems and services, is where Jeff does his best work.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys studying leadership and personal development, spending time with his wife and their young daughter, and riding his dirt bike.
