Bayne Alexander

Bayne is originally from Watkinsville, Georgia, and currently resides in Cobb County. His career in the treatment field began through his own recovery journey, which sparked a deep passion for helping others experience the same freedom, peace, and fulfillment he found in sobriety. He entered the industry by interning at a sober living residence on weekends and steadily advanced through each role with an unwavering commitment to service.

Bayne brings a broad range of experience across housing management, behavioral health support, case management, recovery coaching, crisis intervention, group facilitation, admissions, and business development. This well-rounded background led him naturally into operations, where he now oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that support high-quality client care and uphold the highest organizational standards at Lanier Recovery Center. His deep understanding of both the treatment process and internal operations allows him to continuously strengthen outcomes for clients and staff alike.

Outside of work, Bayne is a devoted University of Georgia fan. He enjoys listening to physics lectures, playing video games, and spending his weekends watching football.
