Sublocade treatment for addiction

Sublocade binds to opioid receptors in the brain, reducing the effects of withdrawal and cravings. However, it does so in a way that doesn’t create a euphoric high, allowing individuals to focus on healing without the fog or cycle of addiction.

It also blocks the effects of other opioids, reducing the likelihood of relapse even if a person attempts to use during treatment.

Sublocade is FDA-approved for individuals with moderate to severe opioid use disorder who have already stabilized on an oral form of buprenorphine for at least 7 days. At Lanier Recovery Center, we evaluate each client’s history, current symptoms, and recovery goals to determine if Sublocade is the right fit.
